Peoples' Perception on Invasive Alien Plant Species of Ramdhuni Municipality, Sunsari District, Eastern Nepal

The purpose of this study was to record existing information and perception local people on invasive alien plant species IAPs in the rural areas lowland, eastern Nepal (Ramdhuni Municipality, Sunsari District). A semi-structured questionnaire survey interview were carried out document whether known or unknown followed by harmful beneficial effects control measures minimize spread IAPs. We found that only 6.25% respondents knew about there significant difference between percentage who There a positive correlation respondents' ages number plants they described. Local have been using for food, medicine, fodder long time. However, some also detrimental forest agriculture.
